What is addiction therapy?

Every individual that we see is assessed and treated on an individual basis, with the most appropriate therapy for their needs. Therapy types include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Compassion Focussed Therapy, Solution Focussed therapy etc.

How much treatment will I get?

Again, treatment is tailored to the individual. Our ultimate goal is for you to live a fulfilling life, without needing us! Treatment usually starts off more regular and more intensive and as sessions progress, the amount that you need might reduce. You are in charge of the treatment that you receive, we provide an opinion and can make suggestions but ultimately its what you want.

Do you help with detox?

We can offer support during the detox process and are happy to work in collaboration with doctors, psychiatrists and any other professionals involved in your care.

What is the well-being service?

We know that nothing happens in isolation. Often when working with addiction or psychological distress, there is more than one thing impacting on the well-being of an individual. We try to cover all of the bases and offer support with every area of your life that you feel you need it.
