Freedom Co-founder Peter, is a Senior Addiction Therapist (FDAP accredited) with over 20 years of experience working with people suffering from addiction.
His diverse experience ranges from his first role in the army, as a Counsellor for Managing Challenging Conversations to working as a Senior Addiction Therapist in a prestigious rehabilitation unit in Denmark. His skills and knowledge include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Addiction, Narrative Therapy for Addiction and working with Blame and Shame.
He has worked with individuals on a one to one and group basis, as well as family members and carers. He has a highly effective approach that is based on authenticity, empathy, trust and care.
She has worked both in the NHS and in Private Practice as a Mental Health Practitioner, Service Manager and Therapist. She has also worked at the University of Surrey as the Director of Studies on the Psychological Well-being Practitioner Programme.
She now works in Private Practice helping people work through and overcome their emotional and behavioural difficulties. Her approach is calm, caring and pragmatic.
